Return & Refund Policy

At W & P Collective, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

After that time, your order may already be processing or shipped and can no longer be canceled.

Shipping Delays

We work hard to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. However, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, holidays, severe weather, or shipping carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, W & P Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing any information needed during the claims process.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

W & P Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
