Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
  • During sales, holidays, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. W & P Collective is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, W & P Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We're happy to assist you in filing a claim when possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
